We distribute low and medium voltage electrical material mainly throughout the areas of Pla de l’Estany, Girona, Alt Empordà and Baix Empordà, although our network of customers extends to other areas of the country.

With over twenty years’ experience in the sector, we deliver from our warehouse with our own fleet and other transport companies.

We offer our customers more than 75,000 items from the leading brands on the market. We have a wide range of products and distribute electrical conductors, conduction and industrial control systems, transformers, home automation and venting systems, among others. We have departments devoted exclusively to the industrial and lighting sectors.

Advice and Consultancy

Our technical and sales teams provide consultancy to our customers and strive to meet any needs they require. Our ability to adapt to our customers is something MAPEL+TAGISA values very highly. Personalized service is an added value. We provide technical support during the implementation process and provide the coverage for the completion of our customers’ projects necessary for it to run smoothly.

We have direct contact with the leading manufacturers and have all the necessary documentation which may be required for any project. We also have helplines for our customers in order to immediately resolve any incident which might occur.

Mapel+Tagisa has its own training department. The aim of this department is to provide knowledge and offer the necessary information to our customers on specific products, implementation technologies, technical developments and specific regulations. We believe that the training of our customers is something which gives an added value to the range of services offered by Mapel+Tagisa. As a result of the direct contact and relationship we have with our manufacturers, the different training sessions are often accompanied by practical experience with the company providing the product or technology.

Advising our customers is a basic service for us, but we also believe it important to provide learning tools for our customers to complement their professional experience.
